How do I place an order?

Ordering from CH Printco® | Statementbooks.com is simple and secure!

Click on the item of your choice, then

1) Click in the box under business name and... type your business name.

2) Clicking the boxes next to "Address", "City, State and Zip", "Phone Number" and "Enter Starting Number" will open boxes for you to add that information or whatever you'd like on those lines.

Add as much or as little information you'd like and we'll make it look great for you!

Choose your quantity

If the item you choose is 2 books and you just want 2 books, leave the quantity at 1 and you'll receive 2 books with consecutively numbered forms. If you want 4 books, just change the quantity to "2" and you'll receive 4 books of consecutively numbered forms. It's the same for any quantity.

Can I add a logo?

Getting a logo the right size and in the right position generally takes quite a bit of back and forth contact. And, in many cases, the logo is of low quality or "screen" resolution and will not look attractive on a printed form. These are just two of many factors that could interfere with our same day shipping promise. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. For this reason, we do not accept logos or customer provided graphics of any kind.

Can I make changes to the form?

We offer several general use forms. Any of them will work in most situations. We don't allow editing of our forms due to the fact that it would interfere with our same day shipping promise. The area at the top for your company name, information and starting number is the only customizable portion on our forms.

Can I place my order by phone?

We are committed to providing a top-quality product quickly and at a reasonable price. Due to the volume of orders we have to produce each day to keep our prices low and our production/delivery time short we simply can't afford to take phone-in orders.

Our commercial print shop was started along with a weekly newspaper in 1903. Our family has owned and operated the business since 1991.

In 2021, after 30 years of publishing we decided to move away from the newspaper portion of our business and focus solely on our custom printing, so we changed our name to CH Printco LLC and now only offer our CH Printco® branded custom products.

We don't cut corners on quality. Every step in the process from receiving orders to production and shipping is carried out with the purpose of producing quality custom invoice, receipt and statement books at a reasonable price.

If we receive your custom receipt books order by 10:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, (excluding holidays) it WILL be shipped out that day.

Your order is not just thrown in a box with a label slapped on it which is all too common today.
